I just wanted to pop in and let you know that we have a new consulting service just for creative professionals. We call it “Productize, Systemize & Thrive.” Basically, we work with clients who are like us (creative folks) to develop a signature productized service that will increase your profits and delight your clients. Yes, like our Design in a Day™ program but tailored for your business.

Productized services are streamlined one-to-one services that leverage systems to deliver high value solutions to your clients, while reducing friction in client communication and expectations—which means higher profit for you and happier clients. How’s a productized service different from a package? Productized services are all about repeatable systems, eliminating confusion and streamlined communication.

This isn’t a course or a program, but instead is personalized, one-on-one guidance from Kath and I to help you establish your own productized service. We’re taking on a limited number of folks this summer (summer is a great time to retool, since client schedules can be funky) now that our pilot period with some guinea pigs has ended and we’d love to talk to you if this is of interest to you.
