How my search funnel-fueled marketing strategy accelerator works.

The Alignthority® Accelerator is crafted for established consultants and subject matter experts who have a proven offer but are tired of the social media hamster wheel and want a lead generation system that they actually own. It’s high impact and bespoke—no cookie cutter nonsense here. Over our three months together, the phases typically look like the following:

    Over three working sessions, we'll lay the groundwork for our partnership. This means clarify your goals, creating your core message, and designing your Sphere of Authority.

    You will walk away from those first three sessions with a "Sphere of Authority" document you can use immediately to improve your current social media or email marketing.

  • Now that we have your message solidified, we’ll craft your Alignthority® Marketing Strategy.

    In this phase, we’ll create a written document, including documenting your top SEO funnel content opportunities to build your thought leadership and visibility.

  • Engineer your own luck with a handcrafted marketing funnel.

    We'll build a search-optimized content engine that generates high-value leads while you sleep, moving you from 'best-kept secret' to the go-to authority in your niche.

    We know our way around the search engine—and we also know that the vast majority of SEO strategies fail knowledge businesses (if you're a consultant, coach, attorney, creative, or service provider, that's you). Our SEO & content strategy intensive is designed differently and to speak to your highest and best clients every step of the way.

The Signature Implementation Alignthority® Accelerator (Limited Availability)

For a small handful of clients annually, we offer an exclusive full-service website implementation. We handle the entire transition from strategy to live site, ensuring your digital home is as polished as your perspective.

This process ensures you have a fully-aligned online home, built on the reliable, and low-maintenance Squarespace platform. In addition to the core Accelerator deliverables of defining your Sphere of Authority, architecting your visibility, and building your strategic roadmap, it adds the following:

  • A new website built on the Squarespace platform

  • Copy overhaul, integrating your SEO strategy for amplified visibility

  • Integration of your core messaging developed in the Clarify phase of the Accelerator

  • Visual brand refinement as appropriate

The signature implementation timeframe varies depending on your current website homepage and other factors.

    My goal is for every client to be a success story.

    That's why after you apply to become an Accelerator client, I'll first schedule a get to know you Zoom session to talk through your goals and make sure it's a perfect fit.

  • 2. Make it Official

    Once you're ready to move forward, sign the contract, select your start date, and make a payment or establish a cashflow-friendly payment plan.

    This outlines are time working together so that we are on the same page. Of course, you're welcome to ask questions and make sure everything feels good for you before committing.

  • 3. Collaborate on the Alignthority® Workbook

    This dive into your business sets the stage for our work together.

    In a collaborative document, we'll explore your backstory, aspirations, what's working, and what could be a bit easier. Clients tell us this workbook alone is invaluable—one even told me that just the workbook was worth the entire Accelerator fee! It's yours to keep and update for years to come.

  • 4. Craft Your Sphere of Authority™

    Three 1:1 workshops will identify your priorities, purpose, and goals.

    Using a collaborative space, we'll map out your message together—and you and your team can take this work and adapt it as you grow.

  • 5. Create Your Alignthority® Strategy

    Using my signature toolkit, we’ll create a written marketing blueprint design to attract ready to buy visitors, not tire-kickers.

  • The Alignthority® Accelerator is currently $10,000. Payment plans are available without penalty.

    I only take on Accelerator clients when I am confident our strategy will provide a significant return in clarity and long-term visibility. If we aren't a fit, I'll point you toward the resource that is.

  • Yes. Depending on your start date, payment plans of varying lengths are available to make cashflow easier for you.

    With that said, please do not over-extend yourself to do this three month 1:1 program, I have many excellent options available which may better suit your budget.

  • I only take on Accelerator clients when I am confident our strategy will provide a significant return in clarity and long-term visibility. If we aren't a fit, I'll point you toward the resource that is.

    The Accelerator is right for you if:

    • Know what your service or product is and why your audience will love it.

    • Are able to prioritize the work we do together.

    • Are ready to get laser-focused and strategic.

    You are likely not ready if you:

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to involve your team. However, this is not a process to simply delegate—you much be engaged as a leader to get the most out of the Accelerator.

    Also, I'm happy to add your team members to course materials so they can complete some self-paced learning as we work together.

  • You’ll work with Sarah and the team for three months; in some rare cases we also offer a six month version of the Accelerator.

    Some clients add additional services onto their work with us, and in those cases, the timeline expands. Send us a note and we’d be happy to talk timing.

  • Absolutely! You will work with our team entire time, and we’ll be focused on you. 

  • The short story? Search drives one THOUSAND percent more organic traffic than social media. The numbers tell a very compelling tale. The data we uncover in the search engine can help us make better designers, more fully understand our audiences, and stay ahead of the trends.

    The long story? I believe in evergreen marketing that make your job easier in the long run. Personally, I used search to grow SM&Co from a one person freelance business serving local clients, to an agency serving clients globally, and now a boutique consultancy. I believe in this framework because it’s been our foundation for over a decade. 

    As I said, no other source has such rich data. So even if you're not planning on making SEO a cornerstone of your marketing, it still is a treasure trove of data from real humans.

  • I’m happy to coordinate with them, just know they may charge you additional fees and I’m not comfortable mediating between the two of you in case of disagreements. (I have stories!)

  • In limited cases I offer a custom website add-on to the Accelerator, call the Signature Implementation Alignthority® Accelerator. Please mention your interest in that in your inquiry.

    We only create sites on Squarespace at this time, due to the ongoing expense and complexity of WordPress sites not being appropriate for my clients.
